If any provision within these Terms is adjudicated to be void, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue to be enforceable. These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either party.

SECTION 15: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for the provision of goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR).

SECTION 16: LOGISTICAL RISK

The title and risk of loss for all gear pass to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. Kammoc is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs protocols.

SECTION 17: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree that any conflict shall first be addressed through informal negotiation via support@kammoc.com for a period of no less than 30 days before seeking any formal legal remedy.
