Every order finalized with Kammoc undergoes a comprehensive technical validation before leaving our hub.

4. Advanced Shipment Tracking
Immediately following the dispatch of your gear, a tracking ID will be forwarded to your registered email address. This enables real-time monitoring via our internal tracking portal or the carrier’s official website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial tracking telemetry to be synchronized by the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Kammoc conducts all international trade on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The recipient is recognized as the importer of record and must assume full responsibility for all import duties, tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country’s customs office. These mandatory fees are independent of our freight charges.
6. Cargo Protection & Loss Mitigation
The safe arrival of your equipment is our highest operational priority.

Transit Damage: If your gear arrives with compromised structural integrity or visible damage, please alert support@kammoc.com within 72 hours of receipt with photographic documentation. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full reimbursement.

Missing or Stolen Packages: Kammoc is not responsible for parcels confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we advise initiating an immediate investigation with your local courier service.
