DMCA Policy

At Kammoc, we hold a profound respect for the creative and intellectual property rights of industrial designers, outdoor photographers, and gear innovators worldwide. As a specialized provider of premium camping essentials—including storage solutions, trekking tools, and foldable gear—we are strictly committed to maintaining a digital environment free of infringing materials.

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable international intellectual property frameworks, we have established the following protocols to address any claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

1. Infringement Notification Protocol (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized representative) and believe in good faith that any product imagery, gear design, or technical descriptions featured on the Kammoc platform infringe upon your original work, please submit a formal Notice of Claimed Infringement to our Compliance Department.

To ensure an expedited and legally compliant response, your written notice must include the following:

  • Authorization: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • Identification of the Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted hardware design, equipment imagery, or creative content that you claim has been compromised.

  • Location of Material: The exact URL(s) or specific location on our website/app where the allegedly infringing material is hosted, providing sufficient detail for our team to locate it precisely.

  • Contact Credentials: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and electronic mail address.

  • Good Faith Assertion: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, Kammoc reserves the right to take swift action, which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed material from our outdoor gear catalog.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your product listing or content was removed (or access was disabled) due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent. Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the removed material and its location (URL) prior to removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong SAR, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and global IP standards, Kammoc maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. We reserve the sole discretion to terminate the accounts of users, suppliers, or manufacturing partners who are deemed to repeatedly violate intellectual property rights. We rigorously audit our supply chain to ensure all storage tools and trekking equipment meet original design and safety standards.
